On Broadway Chico is a newly renovated historic estate encapsulating the charming aesthetics and designs of the 1920s. Restored by Frank & Kasia Lewis, the estate possesses a classic ambiance, plus the necessary amenities to enjoy a comfortable lodging experience and host boutique events.
Located at 1384 Broadway St in Chico, CA, On Broadway is a hidden gem in the heart of the historic Barber District, closely located to downtown. Upon arrival, the estate welcomes you with century old palm trees that take you back in time. In the home you will find gorgeous gathering spaces and en suites that can host an array of needs during your stay.

The gathering spaces in the main home include the Ballroom, the Conservatory, the Media room, the Kitchen, and a 1920s Speakeasy. These versatile spaces can host a variety of boutique events.
Upstairs you will find our private En Suites. Each en suite is unique in style and personality, providing everything you need for a comfortable experience.

Journey to the private courtyard behind the home to find three quaint cottages used for additional lodging. The Nook, The Bungalow, and The Playhouse all neighbor one another, while providing individual privacy.

They helped us pick the right plan for our wedding day and were accommodating when we had to adjust the time of pick up. "We used On Broadway's classic-car-and-chauffeur service for our September wedding and we were beyond thrilled. Frank arrived on time with our '59 Cadillac Sedan De Ville and as a classic car guy myself, I was super excited. The car has a beautiful paint job and looks brand-new to the passerby. He was more than happy to take the time (after pictures with my bride-to-be of course!) to pop the hood and let me quiz him about the Caddie's engine and drivetrain. The car started and drove well and at no point was I concerned about reliability being an issue. It was a comfortable ride to and from the venue and Frank was delightful company. If I had to describe our experience with On Broadway in a sentence, I would say that they are polite, punctual, personable, and have damn fine cars! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who asked, and if you are or know someone who loves old cars, ask for Frank and the '59 Cadillac."
