On Broadway Chico is a charming, newly renovated historic estate that encapsulates the aesthetics and architectural designs of the 1920s. Restored by Frank & Kasia Lewis, the estate possesses a classic ambiance and the necessary amenities to enjoy a comfortable lodging experience.
Located at 1384 Broadway in Chico, CA, On Broadway is a hidden gem in the heart of the historic Barber District, and within walking distance to downtown. Upon arrival, the estate welcomes you with century old palm trees that take you back in time. In the home you will find gorgeous gathering spaces including the elegant Ballroom, the Conservatory, a large state-of-the-art kitchen, a comforting media room, and four en suites. These spaces are perfect for any event lodging due to their size and versatility to host an array of needs.
Downstairs you will find The Ballroom, which has a classic baby grand piano, and a welcoming fireplace. Neighboring the Ballroom is the Conservat0ry, that has large dining capability. During your stay, use the spacious Kitchen to gather with your party, and cook delicious meals.
Upstairs you will find our En Suites. The Sky Suite is our master bedroom, which adjoins the Parlor. The Parlor can be used as additional lodging, or a dressing room to get ready for your event in style. In the Palm Suite you overlook the palm trees that greeted you upon arrival. The Lilac Suite overlooks the three quaint cottages, with beautiful surrounding landscape. Each en suite is unique in style and personality, providing everything you need for a comfortable experience.
Journey to the private courtyard behind the home to find three renovated cottages for additional lodging. The Nook, The Bungalow, and The Playhouse all neighbor one another, with picturesque pathways connecting each unit. Each cottage is a stand alone living quarters providing individual privacy within the compound.

"We used On Broadway's classic-car-and-chauffeur service for our September wedding and we were beyond thrilled. Frank arrived on time with our '59 Cadillac Sedan De Ville and as a classic car guy myself, I was super excited. The car has a beautiful paint job and looks brand-new to the passerby. He was more than happy to take the time (after pictures with my bride-to-be of course!) to pop the hood and let me quiz him about the Caddie's engine and drivetrain. The car started and drove well and at no point was I concerned about reliability being an issue. It was a comfortable ride to and from the venue and Frank was delightful company. If I had to describe our experience with On Broadway in a sentence, I would say that they are polite, punctual, personable, and have damn fine cars! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who asked, and if you are or know someone who loves old cars, ask for Frank and the '59 Cadillac."
